Increase your chances of success with sterile technique!
Add as you please.

Pipetting

  1. When in doubt, use another tip.

Transferring Liquids

  1. Use bunsen burner.
  2. Flame should be all blue. No larger than 1.5" high.
  3. Work quickly and efficiently.
  4. Flame transfer tool, and containers upon opening.

Everything Else

  1. Keep all caps CLOSED, unless removing/introducing solutions.
