Things to Remember...
Increase your chances of success with sterile technique!
Add as you please.
Pipetting
- When in doubt, use another tip.
Transferring Liquids
- Use bunsen burner.
- Flame should be all blue. No larger than 1.5" high.
- Work quickly and efficiently.
- Flame transfer tool, and containers upon opening.
Everything Else
- Keep all caps CLOSED, unless removing/introducing solutions.
