LB Ampicillin Plate

  • Melt 300ml LB-agar in the microwave, 300W for 15 min.
  • Cool to 50-65[[:Category:{{{1}}}|{{{1}}}]] (hand hot).
  • Add 300μL Amp. when hand hot (Amp Stock is 1000x 50mg/ml).
