Secondary antibody incubation

Incubated for 45 minutes, then pipetted back into tube labeled "IRDye 700" for reuse.

Washes

  • 2 10m washes of PBST
  • 2 10m washes of PBS
  • Rinse with distilled water when finished
  • Wrap in aluminum foil
