Transformation of LasR-LVA in ampicillin vector with double terminator.
2 different inserts of LasR-LVA, one made with biobrick primers other with specific LasR-LVA primers.
Colony PCR of HybB-cI-LVA DT with same protocol as usual.
Colony PCR analysed on 1% agarose gel. No right transformants.
