Check transformation from 03/09

After several days of incubation, we have a few colonies on our transformed plates (agrA, B and C).

  • Single colony PCR

- Add 13μL of cells diluted into SDW, 5μL of MM, 1μL of VF and 1μL of VR

  • Gel
