Started flask of DH10b cells for competency.

  • Made new comp. cells following Nielsen Lab protocol for competent cells


Ethanol
Transformed PACYC plasmid into BL21 cell line.

-no growth was seen on PACYC plasmid plate. need to run a control of competent cells.
