Gel Extraction

  • Ran gel extraction on gel from 7/4

Procedure:

  • Cut selected fragments out from the gel
  • Dissolve in ADB buffer. For the buffer, 3x the volume (measured by weight) of the gel was added. Place on a heat block to dissolve

Issues with the gel indicate that one or more enzymes may not be functioning correctly.
