Baylee Murphy - 11/18/15- Session 2

Results from Session 1

  • Plates were seen on 11/16/15 and then transferred to cold room
    • Plate 1- many colonies seen throughout plate
    • Plate 2 (negative control)- 2-3 colonies were seen: contamination

Samples for liquid culture

  • (1) Culture 1- Colony 1 from plate 1, KAH126-MV2, LB + Amp
  • (2) Culture 2- Colony 2 from plate 1, KAH126-MV2, LB + Amp
