picked colonies from Ernesto's plates 2 and 4: LsrA promoter and RBS + LuxS. 2ml LB+Amp, shaking at 36deg


looks like the Keio strain grew on the plate and the liquid culture, both with Kan


miniprepped colonies picked this morning (shook for 6 hours). Worked but not a great yield
