Entry titlepicked colonies from Ernesto's plates from 12.06.26 into 2ml LB+amp. left to shake at 36 deg overnight. Keio strain JW2662-01 arrived. Put filter paper into 2ml of plain liquid LB overnight shaking at 36 deg.
