Cloning gRNAs into pSPgRNA for dCas9-HT binding to luc gene

Transformation results:

  • negative control (water): 0
  • g025: 3
  • g031: 1 (possibly, right on side of wall)
  • g034: 2
  • g048: 12

Transformation efficiency is pretty low. If plasmid prep/verification doesn't work, try longer transformation protocol using remaining ligation product.
