Overview

  • Photographing U-2 OS plate (day 1 & day 2 samples) using phase & mCherry
  • Harvesting U-2 OS day 1 samples (2 biological replicates, 1 negative control)
    • flow cytometry of day 1 samples
    • TRIzol digestion of cells and storage at -80 °C

Results
