Summary

U2OS, KAH126/U2OS and SKNSH cultures are ready to be expanded/passaged. Also going to try making more KAH126/MV2 plasmid.



Goals

  • Expand SKNSH culture
  • Expand U2OS culture
  • Passage KAH126/U2OS culture, split into 6-well plate
  • Grow up transformed E. coli in selection media

Results/Conclusions

SKNSH was diluted 2-fold when expanded into the T-75 from the T-25. This should reduce the time period between passages and hopefully eliminate the differentiation of cells into new morphology.

KAH126/U2OS cells were split into a 6-well plate. They were diluted 10-fold before splitting.

U2OS cells were expanded, and are in the incubator.

Bacterial cells are taking a while to grow, will need to check on them tomorrow morning.
