Summary

Here are some pictures taken of the cells after the second transfection attempt. Efficiency is still low, but we'll be expanding the lines regardless.

Goals

  • Expand U2OS transfected cell lines (from 2nd attempt)
  • Check SKNSH cell line, passage if necessary

Protocol

Notes

SKNSH cells to be passaged from PS-β to PS-1, 5-fold dilution.
