Making Stable Cell Lines from U2OS Cells Transfected with BD004/BD006

  • Passaging cells at a 1:10, 1:20, 1:40, dilution into 10 cm plates with fresh antibiotic-free growth medium 48 hours after transfection on 8/24/15.
