Growing Liquid Cultures of KAH146

  • Transformation done on 9/16/13
  • Result for Plate 1: Good growth over all of the plate, but a lot of satellite colonies. Overall success.
  • Result for Plate 2: No growth anywhere. Great success.
  • Culture 1 = Colony 1 from Plate 1, KAH126, ampicillin resistance
  • Culture 2 = Colony 2 from Plate 1, KAH126, ampicillin resistance
