Just some GFP or RFP or YFP....Continuing search for a reporter without any of the extra stuff. I'm trying to finish up a simple demonstration from way too long ago. It's simple. Find a promote, a kozak, and a reporter as a first pass at attempting a Silver standard ligation. I just am having trouble finding an available promoter without all the other stuff.
