Agar plates to liquid culturesColonies from the Agar plates were extracted and placed into liquid cultures. To incubate. Non-cultured LB broth was placed in the incubator at ~9:00 A.M. for a type of GFP plasmid and "LXTX" labelled "5" and "6" respectively. They were both opaque and extracted and streaked at ~9:00 P.M. Streak plate was labeled and stored in temperature control room.
