Entry title

  • * Conducted a mini prep
    • Began by pouring the cells from round-bottom tubes into 2mL microfuge tubes.
    • I then spun down the cells in the centrifuge for 3 min., poured out the liquid waste and spun again
    • This leaves the 600 microliters to begin the mini prep protocol
    • Used the Zyppy plasmid mini prep kit
    • Also ran a gel
    • I put KAH 9 KAH 9 KAH 10 KAH 10 into the gel
