**Began by pouring the cells from round-bottom tubes into 2mL microfuge tubes. | |||
**I then spun down the cells in the centrifuge for 3 min., poured out the liquid waste and spun again | |||
**This leaves the 600 microliters to begin the mini prep protocol | |||
**Used the Zyppy plasmid mini prep kit | |||
**Also ran a gel | |||
**I put KAH 9 KAH 9 KAH 10 KAH 10 into the gel | |||
