Entry title

  • Made a 1% agarose gel
  • .6g agarose, add any stuff first, 60mL 1x TAE
  • Microwave for 30 sec.
  • Shake
  • Microwave again for 30 sec.
  • Give 20 mins. to settle
  • In order to run a gel w/ 10x buffer, can add to parafilm and mix for cool science!
