Even after extracting the double gene copy fragment using gel extraction and performing PCR on that fragment alone, there's still preferential annealing and amplification of the single copy fragment. I'm going to order a shorter forward primer to see if that makes any difference. | |||

OverviewGel image of yesterday's PCR: Even after extracting the double gene copy fragment using gel extraction and performing PCR on that fragment alone, there's still preferential annealing and amplification of the single copy fragment.
