Similar results when compared to the PcTF data. Beginning temperature for data collection could be too high.

Samples with highest amount of protein showed the highest intensity peaks at the beginning of data collection in this data set, which is expected and lends support to the idea that the samples were loaded into the plate incorrectly or were mislabeled for the PcTF data set.<br>
Buffer does not seem to have an effect on the data (HEPES against PBS).
