Performed Lipid-mediated transfection of DNA protocol.

DNA for transfection:

BL09 Ligation 2: 111.303ng/μL
Used 17.97μL DNA + ~2μL dH2O for transfection of cells in well one.

BL09 Ligation 5: 486.51ng/μL
Used 4.11μL DNA + ~15.89μL dH2O for transfection of cells in well two.
