  • DNA grew on negative control plate. This may be have resulted do to contamination. Another negative control will be tested.
  • Due to the increase in number of constructs that will be created, Gibson assembly will be used. More information regarding the process needs to learned and understood.


  • Add 2 ml LB Broth + Amp into 15 ml tubes
  • Use pipette tips into single bacteria colony and then place in tube.
