Growing Liquid Cultures

  • Negative control from 8-31-15 grew 3 colonies so colonies for BD004 could not be trusted
  • Picked colonies from streak plate from 8-3-15 for both BD004 MV2 and BD006 MV2
  • Liquid Cultures
    • Culture1-4=colony 1 from plate 1 BD004/MV2
    • Culture 2-4= colony 2 from plate 1 BD004/MV2
      • Streak plate B0004 colonies 1 and 2
    • Culture 1-6 = colony 1 from plate 1 BD006/MV2
    • Culture 2-6 = colony 2 from plate 1 BD006/MV2
