Creating a Growth Curve for LasR + gBlock Ligations

René took hourly measurements of the bacterial colonies containing the LasR + gBlock ligated plasmid on the plate reader. A growth curve was produced, exhibiting optimal growth around hours 5 to 6 in the curve.
