Miniprep pLas, LuxR, and EsaR "completed" plasmids

  • Completed is bolded only because their status of completion needs to be verified first

Send LuxR and EsaR plasmids out for sequencing


Run Phusion PCR to re-make pLas from Bba_R0079

Tried one with DMSO and one without. Since pLas showed up very light on the gel, I suspect the product might not be there or it might not be what we think it is.
