Tried another ligation of CerI.
Sequencing results showed a chunk missing from the CerI plasmid, and Ryan realized that the original synthase insert had two EcoRI cut sites. Only one part got ligated into the plasmid, hence the missing segment that sequencing results show. So, we tried a ligation again and this time we only cut with EcoRI. Then, I transformed. We will have to pick more than the usual amount of colonies to see if we can find one with both parts ligated in.
