I retrieved the plates that were made yesterday, and there are colonies on the negative control and backbone-only control. However, there were significantly more colonies on the synthase plates. Our next step may be to colony PCR to find the colonies that worked from this ligation. | |||

04/15/2015I retrieved the plates that were made yesterday, and there are colonies on the negative control and backbone-only control. However, there were significantly more colonies on the synthase plates. Our next step may be to colony PCR to find the colonies that worked from this ligation.
