Sequencing results:
Reverse primer didn't give results, turns out I removed the binding site during cloning.
Forward primer showed only backbone. Unsure what this means because the band size on the gel indicates the insert is there. Two possibilities: Backbone self-ligated or I moved the sequencing primer binding site to a new location.
