All the  
All the plasmid transformations looked good except for K091134, which was expected. Picked colonies from all of them. <br>

Oligo ligation-transformations didn't look great but I picked a couple colonies.<br><br<

Came back in the evening, ligation colonies, K091134, and K092900+GFP didn't grow. Left the plates on the bench to see if they would grow larger colonies.<br>

All the plasmid transformations looked good except for K091134, which was expected. Picked colonies from all of them.
