Running surveyor on singlet Luc14 rep 1 g023, g044, and g045 and the test PCRs from yesterday, Luc14 g034 1.0ug plasmid rep 1, P149/176, two templates, gDNA and P197/198 PCR product.



Rerunning surveyor on g048 gal4 puro/dox siRNA samples from 7/20/15. First time I ran them there was a lot of background which I attributed to the old Surveyor kit. Now I have a new kit and will see if there is still background. If so, will redo the nested PCR with another set of primers.
