Undergrad Cameron Gardner mini prepped cells picked from plates 5 and 14. The cells picked from plate 13 didn't grow.
Cameron cut with BbsI and EcoRI.
Uncut and single cut plasmid should give two bands because there should be one-two BbsI bands bands 5.2kb and 3.2kb. Double cut backbone and correct ligations should give one 8kb band because there should not be a BbsI band.
