Overview
For Bcc EPS production.
Materials
1000 mL:
- 1 g Yeast extract
- 10 g Na2HPO4
- 3 g KH2PO4
- 1 g K2SO4
- 1 g NaCl
- 900 mL Water
Procedure
Dissolve above components in 900 ml water and autoclave. Before use, add the following components from sterile stock solutions:
20 % Glucose | 100 ml | (2% final) |
10 % Casamino acids | 10 ml | (0.1% final) |
MgSO4 (from 1 M stock) | 1 ml | (1 mM final) |
CaCl2 (from 1 M stock) | 0.1 ml | (0.1 mM final) |
FeSO4 (from 0.1 M stock) | 50 µl | (5 µM final) |
