Materials

1000 mL:

  • 1M Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 50 ml (25 mM)
  • NaCl 5.8 g (100 mM)
  • MgSO4 1 g (8 mM)
  • Gelatin (2% sol’n) 5 ml (0.01 %)
  • dH2O 475 ml

Procedure

Mix all ingredients, then aliquot 100 ml into square milk bottles & autoclave. Let bottles cool and tighten caps, store at room temp.
