Materials
1000 mL | |

1M Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 | 50 ml (25 mM) |
NaCl | 5.8 g (100 mM) |
MgSO4 | 1 g (8 mM) |
Gelatin (2% sol’n) | 5 ml (0.01 %) |
dH2O | 475 ml |
Procedure
Mix all ingredients, then aliquot 100 ml into square milk bottles & autoclave. Let bottles cool and tighten caps, store at room temp.
