Materials

1000 mL:

  • Bacto tryptone 10 g
  • NaCl 10 g
  • Yeast extract 5 g
  • dH2O 1000 ml

Procedure

Dissolve medium in water, then aliquot 100 ml into square milk bottles & autoclave. Let bottles cool and tighten caps, store at 4 ºC in the cold room.
