Materials
1000 mL:
- 10 g Bacto tryptone
- 10 g NaCl
- 5 g Yeast extract
- 1000 ml dH2O
Procedure
Dissolve medium in water, then aliquot 100 ml into square milk bottles & autoclave. Let bottles cool and tighten caps, store at 4 ºC in the cold room.
