Materials

1000 mL:

  • 700 ml dH2O
  • 128 g Na2HPO4 • 7H2O
  • 30 g KH2PO4
  • 5 g NaCl
  • 10 g NH4Cl
  • 40 g Glucose

Procedure

Add all components to water, dissolve, adjust to 1000 ml. Filter sterilize at 0.22 µm (do not autoclave), store at RT. If using anhydrous Na2HPO4, multiply the weight for this component by 0.53.
