Ross Fraser

On Tuesday 19th September Dr Ross Fraser will be starting work in our lab as a bioinformatician.

Ross will be working on our high resolution chromatin structure data to look for periodic patterns

Student Honours Projects

We have a student Honours Project available

MC-GARD

We have been awarded a grant from the EU to organise a series of conferences and workshops on Genome Architecture in Relation to Disease.

The project is being organised by Dr Bauke Ylstra at the VU-Medical Centre in Amserdam. Bauke's Lab predominantly works on arrayCGH.

The meetings will held as follows

2007 Amsterdam (Bauke Ylstra)

2008 Madrid (Manel Estella)

2009 Edinburgh (Nick Gilbert)
