- Analyzing Whole Genome nextgen sequencing, RNAseq data for Pediatric Cancer Genome Project (PCGP)
- Analysing small RNA sequencing data in mouse samples

- Analyzed the microarray, exon capture nextgen sequencing data for The Genome Cancer Atlas (TCGA) project
