Transfer Buffer
Final working concentration (1x)
- 3 g Tris
- 14.4 g Glycine
- 800 mL H2O
- 200 mL Methanol
10x stock solution
- 30 g Tris
- 144 g Glycine
Fill up to 800 mL with H2O.
To make the 1x working solution from this stock use:
- 80 mL 10x stock solution
- 720 mL H2O
- 200 mL Methanol
