Use

Diluent A is used to dilute NEB T4 ligase [1] to a final concentration of 1U/μl (400x dilution).

Composition

  • 10 mM Tris-HCl
  • 1 mM Dithiothreitol (DTT)
  • 0.1 mM EDTA
  • 50% Glycerol
  • 200 mg/ml BSA
  • 50 mM KCl

Adjust pH to 7.4 (25°C)
