You will run your restriction reaction that you did on Thursday on a gel. We will also transform the ga5 plants that you were spraying using agrobacterium using the construct you made. You need to come up with a way of quantifying and reporting the results of your GA-spraying experiment that will end on Tuesday.

FINALS WEEK is 5/2-5/6

Important dates:

   * 03/02/2011: Last day to drop with no grade reported. Middle of Semester.
   * 3/07/2011, 03/11/2011: Spring Break. No classes. University open.
   * 04/29/2011: Last day of class.
   *  Final exam: need to discuss date and time.
