  • Please hand in your Cloning-Primer Design worksheet if you have not done so.
  • Please read the cloning section of the ga5-complementation experiment, pages 4-10.
  • Prepare your pre-abstract and your protocol for steps 5-7 of the cloning experiment. Remember that we did not do steps 3 and 4 on Tuesday, so we will do them Thursday.
