This site is meant to serve as hub for the polyploidy researcher at the [http://www.genomecenter.ucdavis.edu/index_html.html UC Davis Genome Center]. It is currently under development and (rather public) evaluation as a tool for lab organization and protocol sharing. You can navigate to subsections using the bar.

The lab uses genetics and genomics to investigate the consequences of genome dosage and genetic divergence on fitness and fertility. We also design novel genetic methods that utilize high-throughput DNA sequencing technologies for crop improvement and gene discovery.

Functional Genomics of Polyploidy and Hybridization
