Applications

A fluorometer is a very versatile piece of equipment in a wetlab. When it comes to molecular biology or synthetic biology, a low-cost fluorometer design could be integrated into a number of projects:

    • Bulk GFP-like expression measurements in-vivo or in-vitro
    • Microfluidics GFP-like expression measurements in-vivo or in-vitro
    • Capillary Electrophoresis
    • RT-qPCR machines
