Chen Laboratory
Multiple postdoc positions are available immediately in Chen Lab at The Methodist Hospital Research Institute, which is academically affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University.
The positions offer opportunities to work on exciting topics including: (i) statistical methods and computational algorithms to interpret next-generation sequencing data; (ii) Gene regulation network, combine epigenomics, RNA-Seq, and other types of sequencing data to study gene regulation, with particular interest in stem cell, tissue development, and regenerative medicine. (iii) Cancer system biology, integrate genomics and other types of high throughput data to understand molecular mechanisms in cancer. Each successful candidate will have many opportunities to collaborate with fantastic wet-bench biologists and physician scientists in translational biomedical research.
