linker를 G 서열로 바꿔 뭉쳐서 구조를 형성하기 쉽고
C - fuel을 넣어서 펼쳐졌을 유연한 구조를 이용하여
이동을 시켜본다.

DNA로 nanomolecular machine을 만들어 F21T folded구조와 C-fuel을 넣어 extended구조로 변하고 overhang이 나타나며
다시 G-fuel을 넣어주면 F21T구조를 형성하고 GC duplex는 버린다.
